less interaction on my social networks / myLot

Ever since I discovered online platforms for earning, I do not visit my social account regularly as before. My chatting is only when I want to pass a message to a colleague. What of you? How often do you visit your social network account?

Sometimes you need to ignore as social media are very addicted without any reason and waste our time just by scrolling un necessary wall post, videos

I still visit my social account every day for important announcement.. hehe..but i just open it for 30 minutes or less..
