What is good about " good Friday?

I just came across a post saying about Today not likely to be good for Jesus after all he passed through. To address it more, It is called a Good Friday because our savior Jesus died on a day like this and thus with his death redeemed mankind from death and sin and made mankind who have lost its friendship with God through sin ( more emphasis made at fall of Adam and eve) an adopted children of God. Though Jesus passed through alot, it was mot actually a bad Friday for him as he has achieved, fulfilled and accomplished his mission on earth. He knew very well that the flogging and crucifixion will be part of the process. I believe I have clarified some persons, feel free to ask questions on this.
