Happy Easter

Good morning and Happy Easter! My brother and I had our Easter dinner yesterday so today he is going to relax before going back to work tomorrow and I'm going to try and be on myLot as much as I can. I wasn't online very much yesterday.
After having our Easter dinner yesterday, we watched Gone With The Wind. Such a good movie, one of my favorites. While watching the movie I had a piece of my brother's coconut cake. It was so good! I was so full afterwards. The next piece I have I will have to cut a little smaller because the icing is so sweet. Good but a little too sweet.

Happy Easter! I had planned on having a nice relaxing day today, but I had a bunch of friends stay at my place this weekend who were in town to see the Garth Brooks concert. So today I am cleaning the house and doing lots of laundry, and jumping on myLot in between chores. I planning on relaxing a little more this afternoon when I get together with the kids for a late Easter luncheon.

Oh how fun, Garth Brooks concert! I've gone to one of his concerts and he is quite the performer and entertainer. I loved it! Not fun cleaning up after everyone but it is usually worth it to have friends visit. I hope you enjoyed your Easter luncheon.

@simone10 Thank you, the Easter luncheon was delicious, and always a fun time spending with family. I had never been to a Garth Brooks concert before since I wasn't really a huge fan of his, but after this concert my mind is changed and I am now a huge supporter. He is a great entertainer!

@simone10 Yes I had a great one starting attending Easter rites at dawn and continued to attend the Easter Mass.

Happy Easter to you as well.
Hubby and I will go to church this morning....then after lunch we will continue to work on our basement renovations.
Our children had our Easter gathering on Friday (without us) but we shared in the occasion with photos and texts.
