I hope everyone is enjoying the day. Whether you celebrate Easter, Passover, or something completely different, it is a great day to be thankful for what we have and to wish good upon others! We aren't doing too much here. I have ham in the Crockpot for later and will make some mashed potatoes with Ham Gravy and some rolls to go with it! As a grand finish, we treated ourselves to a Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake! Yum! What are your plans today?
