When they walk right up to you!
This deer saw me stalking him and decided to turn around and come check me out! he came to about 10 feet or so away from me and let me take a bunch of pictures and then her turned around and walked back to the spot he was at and continued eating!
I didn't even need my new camera with the Super Zoom lens ... I probably could have got a great shot with my cell phone.

Yes, it could be.. these mostly live in the cemetery.. where they don't have to worry about being shot at... If they leave, maybe.. depending on how far they go.. as we are in the city.. there is probably no hunting allowed. but I did see one get killed by a car last year. :(

Super image and we do not even get that close to them as they shy away if you are in deer zone like las Bardenas they will not come near to you at all.
So very lucky to get a deer to go up to you even at that distance.
You can hear them though in their mating season or love season.

They do hunt them here still in certain parts of the country.
We are supposed to dodge them if we are in the car but lucky for us we never have seen them on the roads.

That's a wonderful picture. Such an expressive face! Are you going to use it on Zazzle?

I see deer when I'm out driving (no moose yet), but have spotted a bobcat from my living room window....a skunk walking across the lawn....a porcupine on the trail.
Mostly we see birds....a wide assortment, we love watching the pheasants as they work their way across the field and through our yard.

Oh wow, Sounds heavenly.. I would love to see a Moose too.. we only get them sighted in our state very periodically. I Had a coyote walk right behind me when I was coming into work the other night.. he was about 30-35 feet away from me. too quick to even try to get a picture.
