I believe brushing your teeth more than two times a day will likely end up damaging your teeth enamel. That's because most toothpaste contains abrasives like silica which helps to remove external stains on your teeth. For best results, most dental experts recommend brushing only twice a day. Do you agree with me?

I brush my teeth mostly twice a day. I don't use a whitening toothpaste. I'm not sure they are good for your teeth.

I brush 3 times a day or more if I have toothache. Maybe if we use milder toothpaste then it won’t be a problem brushing more than twice a day.

You must not use a too hard toothbrush to avoid to damage your teeth. I brush twice a day, I floss in the evening.
