When was the last time you practiced a good deed?

For some people this is something very natural and routine, but for other people this happens only in seasonal times (with some commemorative date on the calendar to remind them to do that).
Do you remember any good deeds - as small or as simple as they may seem - that you have done recently?

I can't remember the last time I did it, but I have indeed done it before, and there a nice, uplifting feeling that invades you when doing so.

Doing good deeds is something that happens unexpectedly. You help a blind man across the street, run after a lady to return a purse she left beside a table where you were having lunch or pick up and properly dispose of trash left by a litterbug. these acts are base on attitudes shaped by our beliefs and values.
