Day 2

It's hard to tell which of the four sessions today was the most interesting, but I can easily tell you which location was.
Again, the day went super fast. I'm now eating my lunch I took with me this morning because there was absolutely no time to eat between sessions as I was driving to the different locations except for the first two which were in the same room in Saint Brenden's Inn. The architecture of this building is phenomenal. Definitely from another time period. I don't know how old the building is, but definitely early last century. Inside the detail captures the imagination for an earlier era.
Other than getting completely lost and turned around in the last location, another hotel, the conference center, shown in the picture I provided in the previous post, I had no difficulty finding the locations.
I got stopped by a train at one point, so had time to eat a tiny bit of what I brought with while I waited.
I have two more sessions tomorrow afternoon after church, which should prove very interesting.
I'm glad to be home and making my stomach happy with the food. I'm going to get the notifications caught up, and I still need to get work done on Thread of Evidence. The end of the month is coming soon.
What have you been doing today while I've had fun? Thanks for reading.
The picture is the hotel for the first two sessions.

I love historic old buildings. Glad you enjoyed it again...I am sure it is extremely interesting. My day was pretty routine. The weather was gorgeous though.

That is a nice building! You did a lot today. Here it was raining and I spent some time on myLot and watched a few episodes of a Netflix show.

It rained all day so I stayed inside. That looks like a very interesting hotel.

I have been having a good day laughing at the hype of the final "Avengers Endgame" movie that was at best a good movie but it lacked a happy ending like the late Christopher Reeve "Superman" movies.

You're the first person to say anything negative about the movie. So far, I've only heard good things about it.

No, I don't teach. It's not a hostel, but an Inn. I attended lecture discussions for the festival I attended the last three days.

@just4him I was thinking, I have been to lots of conferences but never one where I had to travel between locations, mine are always in the same location for all the classes.

@BelleStarr This is the first conference set up like that where the different sessions are located in various locations. It works well and I get to see places I otherwise wouldn't venture into, such as Saint Brenden's Inn. It's a marvelous hotel with great character.
This quote is from Winston Churchill and was on the back wall of the room we were in.

I didn't realize you had to drive to different locations for this conference. I figured they were all at one place. I've not heard of that before but at least you probably know the area somewhat.
