What is your workout and diet for losing weight?

I gained a whole lot of weight right after I came back from US. I was 58 kilos then became 61. It was so frustrating because I thought I was losing weight since we skip meals frequently.
It was in January of this year that I made some changes. I started eating moderately but I don't have a goal nor a certain workout.
Last week of February, I started working out religiously. At present, I am 57 kilos and still hoping I could reach down to 50. I guess my sweet potato diet works for me.
How about you?

I just started my new journey April 22 so I'm just starting out, but I work out everyday and I walk. I have one soda a day and mostly water through the rest of the day. I really hope you can get to where you want to be.

Happiness and weight go hand in hand. I am a happy person and that explains my weight. (lol)

To lose weight I used to drink 1 spoon honey with luke warm water. No other workout. And also drink green tea two days in a week.

It depends on the person, all diets or healthy eating regime work different in every person. If I did not know anything about it, I would avoid eating as many carbs as I can. And eat more vegetables, protein, and reduce sugar comsuption. In addition a work out routine of 3 days a week might come in handy too.

@jvicentevalera True. If we start to deprive the food that we love, time will come that we will have to crave for it even more. Chances are, we will have to double our consumption. And we'll end up getting more fat.

@eLsMarie Well sugar is the trick. All that we eat and contains sugar literally gets stuck in our abs, so maybe you might re-consider to decrease its comsuption. I work out, but I have my belly too, I am learning how to accept it, because I will never stop snacking and drinking soda, and pastry. NO, no, life's to short as not to be eating what I feel like :(
