How often do you make new friends?

To make new friends more easily, you need to be a communicative person who likes to talk. Of course this is not a rule, but I think it helps a lot.
Although for someone to be called a friend, there must be many situations that are capable of proving this. How do you see yourself in this aspect?

but I do talk . . . and I can say that I meet people all the time. Friendship happens over time - so I wouldn't be quick to call someone a friend just upon meeting them.@WiseGhots (14606)

I'm full in the friends' department. We are blessed with so many true blue friends. I think talking is part of it, but there's much more to true friendship. I honestly don't know if I have the stamina for too many more friends or the time.
