Want to loose the extra pounds?

I do not work for any company, I am just a mother of 3 and had to loose all the baby weight! I had my last two children within 13 months of eachother and gained so much weight. But through diet and exercise I slowly lost weight than I found this......want to know what it is? Ask me!

sounds like this is really working for you!
my regime is sort of more of an aggressive way to tackle it:P haha i only gave up sweet things and most bread based foods. eat only meats and veggies. some fruit.
coca cola is still lifewater to me:p
i run nonstop for 45 minutes, covering a minimum of 5 to 6 miles. and i do resistance machine workouts. umm all in all about 4 times a week.
worked wonders on me:P
oh and water is really good. it really makes you stop craving food! if ur hungry and its not meal time, rather than settling for a healthy snack even, just have 2 glasses of water!
i think pills have a long term negative effect, dont they? affects you horribly in your old age.
then again, so does running:p gives you knee ligament problems when you're 60+.

Well I only used the pills until they ran out. I couldnt afford to buy them again since they were like $90.00 then. But they helped me loose 20 pounds and then I just did diet and exercise and lost the rest. I dont like taking pills but the weight I lost from taking them encouraged me to keep exercising and dieting. I dont think that anyone should be dependent on anything. I wanted to share how they worked for me though. :)

walk for an hour a day everyday for at least 4 months and take a caffine pill, dont eat crappy foods. eat healty foods.
