So I've been trying to NOT have a nervous breakdown the last couple of months. Thanks to @courtlynn for checking on me. I have no idea what is happening with everyone else. I intend to get to your posts, but for a start, would you fill me in on your latest happenings?

Bob is better thanks to the VA. I am working as a floating sub at the school. No, I do not mean submarine. I am tired. I am wondering about your title and if you hot water ever got fixed. I will go to Minnesota for Memorial Day. That about sums it up.

I'm sorry things aren't so well with you. I hesitate to say but in a week we're flying to France for ten days on a self-drive river boat with six friends. Then off to Ireland to see our son.

@JudyEv I'm sure you've had your share of problems too. I've found that we all go through different things in life but because one person's life seems fine when another is facing some obstacles, it doesn't mean that the the one that is currently fine hasn't had choppy waters somewhere along the way too. I don't think you have to feel bad that you get to enjoy your trip.

Are you hesitating to say that you get to go to France, Judy? That sounds like a fun trip and then to see your son as well.

Various things are happening in my life. Well, I say 'my' life. It's more the kids! My eldest son (Midi) has just started his first placement working in a school as part of his university course. He has been there a week and is really enjoying it. I'm also enjoying it because the placement is at a school around the corner from us. That means he's living with me for the rest of this academic year :) The small child (Mini) is also doing well. He's just moved to the next stage of Scouting so he's now an Explorer. He's been getting lots of encouragement from teachers about pursuing his acting career. Sunday, Mini was in the St. George's Day Scout parade. One of his school teachers said she saw him looking smart. Parent's evening last night for Mini was awesome. He's on track for most things. Struggling a little with maths but he's perfectly capable. Having his big brother at home should help him there, considering Mini is a trainee maths teacher! Apart from those things, we've been spending time with other family. We've been making plans for lots of other things. I'm getting married in October so we've been making plans for that! We also have another grandchild due in August. Of course, there are a few not so good things happening but I am ensuring that they are overshadowed by the good things. I hope that you start to feel better about whatever it is that's putting you on the brink of a nervous breakdown.

I guess the latest happening, is son is threatening to quit his job and move to Brazil..which has all of us worried, I guess it could work out for the best though..if seeing how other people live gives him more appreciation for what he has. Hopefully, it will end up being a fairly short visit if he doesn't get kidnapped that is..

So sorry sweetheart. I know how that is. my latest post kind of does fill in a lot of my story and I know how hard it is to fight the insanity of life on the edge. People say get over it but those are ones that don't seem to understand how tough it is when life just keeps knocking you down. Praying for you here.

We have those moments of breaking downs. I go through them often stress gets me. Right now what is up with me is the normal stay at home mom stuff. Cleaning, taking care of kids and stuff. Today I’m going to help my sister in law with her hair and help dye it.

I am okay, I have done a couple of things today, had a date with somebody, and now I am home. Parents aren't in the house, so it's like I own the place, YAY! Maybe I will watch a horror movie alone tonight, scary right? How have you been?
