What's the reason of adopting dogs when you are not taking care with them

To day it's Friday you are going out with your family for the whole weekend and you left your dogs at home with nothing no food for them,no water and shelter for them
You gave them food when you like. You don't even give you time to spend little time with them. They always lonely. Even if it's raining your don't bother yourself by checking on them
Yes it's pets but they deserve better. They're not your security or guard treat them like human being please lets take care of our pets

That is irresponsible. I believe dog lover's treat their furr babies as kids and letting them alone and not checking on them when it is raining is irresponsibility.
