Some people are just so careless

We have 4 kids in our colony. They are of the same age and good buddies. They all usually play outside in the evening. Today all of them came to my house.
Everything was fine until after 10 minutes I noticed that one of the girl was wearing sin glasses. I asked her to take them off because she might fall and the goggles can hurt her. It was then I noticed that she was having conjunctivitis.
As you all know, this is a very communicable viral infection. If the child was unwilling it was her mother's duty to keep her at home , away from the other kids.
But some people are just so careless. They never think about other kids.
I'm still bubbling with anger.

What if the girl left home without her mom knowing of it? Maybe the girl managed to sneak out without her mom's knowledge, or maybe you're right and she has a careless mom. :/

I don't think so. And if this was done, it was much more careless

@amitkokiladitya Well, did you not ask the little girl if her mom was aware that she was out?

Yes...and it is the duty of the parents to ensure that this happens.
