I asked one of my colleagues, if its okay for him to be alone for 15 minutes. She said " what's a big deal, I can be alone for hours".
I was convinced, since I myself can do that.
The point was, those 15 Minutes doesn't mean that you have to do something, check phones, scroll social media, read news, etc; it means you and your thoughts alone.
I read some where a famous quote by Martin Luther King- those who love peace need to learn to organize themselves, even those who love war.
For those 15 Minutes, can we organize our thoughts. Thing about the change we want in our life first and then in society, are we working in the right direction for success.
We are so comfortable being busy that we don't consider this important, at not me for sure.
Do you....???
Share how would you spend your alone 15 minutes....???

A fifteen minute meditation is very helpful.
Usually, I meditate praying.

@Aansh13 Frequent meditation actually uplifts one's well being, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I can be alone with my thoughts for days together. My thoughts keep me pretty engaged and entertained. But I hardly get such me alone time.

It depends where I am in those 15 minutes. If I am at home, then I can plan and journal. But if I'm in a queue in a bank, I would start to feel restless and fidgety.

@Aansh13 I'm glad you can totally relate. I thought it is just me.
