did a volcano fart somewhere?

damn,it's cold. way too cold for may.we actually have the space heater out again for my husband. with heart problems and diabetes, last thing he needs is a chill. my garden is behind because the temperature keeps dropping.we've probably only had maybe 2 60+ days so far this year, and the year's already almost half over. the growing season in new england is short if you don't have a greenhouse. this seems to be another cold year..91 or 92 was like that. but going back to the topic, usually when a volcano goes off in the world somewhere, the weather seems to drop. probably hawaii...

There are active volcanoes erupting every day in many parts of the world, but no serious eruptions to disrupt the weather this year.

@hexeduser22 I hope we are not getting one. Many volcanoes are active and they erupt a bit every year.

It's very hot and humid here in my side of the world. I'm not really sure of the relationship of exploding volcanoes to weather or the temperature.

You'd think that if a volcano only farted, it'd be warmer out... all that hot gas. I want to start my garden, too, but traditionally (in Canada) it's not safe to start one before the 24th of May...

How is he now then? All the volcanoes here are sleeping away and hope they stay that way too. Can´t say that forTenerife though. Stay warm.

@scarlet_woman All’s good here, but my family in Ireland are annoyed that they can’t get into their garden to put it right because the good weather hasn’t yet arrived. Perhaps you’re right, and some volcano is having digestive problems.

I haven't heard of any large eruptions that would have an effect on the weather. It's cool here again. It's supposed to be in the 50s next week with rain.

Here the sun is covered by clouds, which are close to the eruption of the volcano may feel cold.

I know it's been a wet and cool season so far in New England. I do hope it warms up for you and soon, volcanoes or no volcano eruptions.
