Keep thinking my neighbour is being murdered....

I really like my neighbours. They are nice and easy to get along with. Been a few hiccups here and there with an elderly lady but overall, it's very good. I live in a unit. I have neighbours next to me on both sides, as well as 2 units in front of mine.
The family who lives in front of my house is really nice. A single mum with 2 children. The mother is really kind but my goodness! Every time she sneezes, my heart drops thinking she is being murdered. It is SO loud and she does about 9 to 15 sneezes.
I know there are some loud sneezers out there but wow!
Do you know any loud sneezers? Or hear any loud sounds from your neighbours that makes you question what the heck is going on?

@VivaLaDani13 You should see the "faces" of the cats when he sneezes.

9-15 times, wow! don't think I've ever seen that.
my dad has always had a loud sneeze. any sort of sneezing scares the dog, he whips his head around fast and runs to you to make sure you're alright. my dad would sneeze so loud that he started saying "incoming!" to let us know he was gonna sneeze and eventually the dog learned, though he still checks on him
no loud neighbors, though :)

@isweartokira Me either. I've never heard anyone sneeze as much as she does. It's not one after the other straight away. More like spread out every 10 seconds maybe.
LOL My dad sneezes very loud too. Scares the crap out of me sometimes. I'm glad your dad gives you a warning.

I used to have allergies and sneezed a lot. Thankfully we usually rented a house, not an apartment. We did live in the early years, in an apartment and that reminded of an amazing story I will be writing soon...and yes we wondered what the family under us was doing...in our young life and had them removed...

@PainsOnSlate Sorry you dealt with allergies! I'm assuming you don't deal with it anymore at all nowadays?
I'm curious to know what was going on. Do you mean you heard anything strange down below or was just curious in general with what they were up to?

@VivaLaDani13 yes, I grew out of my allergies and I am very happy about that. I looked through my posts looking to see if I told the story of our nasty neighbor and I didn't find it so I will post it today. I'll use your name in it so you will see it...its an interesting event in our young lives....
If you missed my post - here it is
I enjoyed '@VivaLaDani13' post of noisy neighbors and it reminded me of our first home when we married 51 years ago... If I already told this story here on...

@PainsOnSlate I did see it. I'm sorry I was a bit late reading it. I'm usually very on the ball with MyLot. Some times I become a bit anti-social but I still make it that I never miss a notification. But still apologise for my late response there and here.

@GardenGerty That sounds really sad to be honest. I don't know why he is yelling but it's bad for him and for anyone in there who is being yelled at or hearing it in general. Can cause anxieties for some.

LOL... Well, she has me beat then. I think that I have counted 7 sneezes at one time and I have no idea what triggers them... I don't think I'm waking any one up though ;) Wait till hubby hears about this lady!!!

@VivaLaDani13 Now that would be funny!! Just remembered something... hubby says that I should sneeze louder, that I'm holding them in... whatever than means. I guess I like control of my sneezes especially when I'm out somewhere. People would wonder about me if I sneezed, and then sneezed, and then sneezed again lol!

@Hate2Iron lol I wish I was able to record the sneezes to show you guys. Not only is it loud, but it's not the cliche sneeze sound.

@Hate2Iron I can understand you wanting to control your sneezes. Especially if you don't wish to draw attention to yourself. My brother often holds his nose while sneezing. I don't understand why or how that can benefit him. Like he actually pinches his nose. I'd be worried my head would explode if I did that lol

@VivaLaDani13 I had allergic rhinitis when I was young. I would sneeze loudly and uncontrollably because my nose is just too itchy and sneezing out loud is my way to relieve it.

Maybe her loud sneezes is the reason she is single....
Nothing drives me crazier than loud sneezers. Why do they have to sneeze so loudly? If everybody else can sneeze quietly, why can't they? It's like they're trying to create drama with their sneezes!

@moffittjc oh boy lol you're totally going to kick yourself if I tell you the reason she is single.
I can understand if people can't help it but I completely understand what you mean. Some times my brother will be loud and add a loud "CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" at the end. And I friggen hate it. It puts me in panic mode because certain sounds makes me think someone is hurt or having a bloody heart attack. My dad does really annoying yawns. Also makes my heart drop with the stupid exaggeration he makes while yawning.
It drives me nuts too when people are too loud while doing certain things.

That's me I'm a loud sneezer. Not by choice but by habit. I tried to sneeze very quietly but it felt so terrible. I always feel very nice when I sneeze loudly, too. We have A bldg. and B bldg separated by our parking lot. I'm in B and A has one just like me too. It's just habit. I prefer to sneeze loud too.

Thanks. Don't mean to sneeze loud. It just feels so much better when I sneeze loud, than to hold my nose and quietly sneeze.

@VivaLaDani13 A lot of things. Some behave like they live alone in the building, others throwing garbage from the terrace as if we were living in some wildlife, not in the capital. Then, it's generally difficult to agree on arranging the building, especially if they have to give money and they must, because we need to buy painting materials etc.etc.etc
