I can't believe I baked a loaf of gluten free bread and it's so delicious. Well, it was a mix, but I'm still thrilled how yummy it turned out. It sure is 100 times better than any of those store bought gluten free breads.
I used King Arthur White bread Mix...all I had to add was eggs, oil, and milk. I had so many questions while I was making it, but I guess they weren't too important.
I've sliced half to put in the freezer and kept half out, but wrapped really well.
I'm still considering buying a bread maker, but for now I'm just excited to have good tasting bread!

That looks a perfectly baked bread. Home made foods are always better than what we get in stores.

Nice one that you can make your own bread. I think it is an achievement to do that because I know it requires a lot of work and dedication to make a perfect one. When you say its gluten free what ingredients did you not add or add to make it a gluten free bread.

The flours in the mix are rice, brown rice, tapioca, and maybe something else, but no wheat, barley, or rye which have more gluten.

I used to bake bread back when I lived in Latvia. I would make several loaves and freeze some too. I might try to do a bit of baking again. I remember how good fresh baked bread tasted.
