The pros play at South Korea,
at South Korea Starcraft is very popular,
like football and baseball, there are 2 TV channels there that shows "STARCRAFT" all the day !
The best players are BOXER, JULYZERG, ILOVEOOV, GARIMTO and more...
Boxer has the best Micromanagement of the world and
ILoveOov has the best Macromanagement of the world !

You forgot Nalra, he I think is the best protoss player at his time thought today we have Jaedong and Bisu. Battle net or ICCup is the best place to improve tour APM and skills.
