I can feel my lack of physical activity is making me down and giving a toll on my digestion. So I decided to take a short walk. I liked the berries, flowers that I saw. I turned left to an interior place and I saw ricefields, a stream flowing with a man bathing lol. It was really nice and improved my mood.

Yes, a short walk help takes our mind off things. Did you enjoy watching the rice fields and the stream or the man bathing?

The view and scent of the ricefields was relaxing. I was taken quite off guard by the man bathing. I didnt quite expect that lol

Well, it's kind of spur of the moment thing. I wish it was a habit.

Oh that is one thing I dont like about cities. I wish to move to another place where I can do more walking. There is this city, Baguio city that has good climate, lots of flowering plants but not much seafoods. So a bit of a compromise.

@ARN4567 Oh thank you. I really appreciate you commenting about it. I wonder why it rains a lot in Baguio. I never forgot that place when we visited there. The air was chilly but the sun beams through. And the flowers are just something I've never seen before.

@yoalldudes Yeah, it depends on how much engaged you are to working out. Some people just don't like working out, but they would rather do something else, like Yoga, pilates, etc, those are good fat burners too!
