Cold desserts come to mind

It's summer here in full swing and it is but natural that we look for cold fruit juices and desserts.
I prepared mango ice cream twice and now it is time to make some pineapple souffle.
We used to have pineapples earlier but we get them in the market. I have all the other ingredients including gelatin. milk made condensed sweetened milk,....... Off I go. Do not disturb

I love pineapple and anything that has a flavor of it. I am planning to get some fresh pineapple for snacks tomorrow when I go for grocery shopping today. Right now I have no fresh fruits and vegetables in my home.
The dessert sounds and looks delicious!!

@allknowing Yes. I am having cold muskmelons and watermelons. Also a little chill mango or mango shake is good enough. I can't go beyond that because of my diabetes.
