Why some female always want the male to approach first

1. Does it mean some female are not bold enough to approach a male for friendship/relationship but the keep on dying inside themselves and in silence.
2. Does it mean that the male will get annoyed or what, but many female already embarrassed and annoyed and insulted and asulted many approached male for friendship/relationship.
3. Or does it mean that those female are ashamed of starting up the relationship or friendship, maybe because its a male duty?
4. Though depending on location, tribe etc but mostly and generally female hardly start up a relationship with a male...why ?
And if married, maybe tell us, as at then, you approached or just attract male you liked.
Because you may like someone and the male did not noticed you, what will you have to do?

All this has been very complicated always and it changes from generation to generation. Yet mankind manages to have survived.

:-D :-D :-D :-D your very funny, very wise indeed. The whole wide world is in constant change, and none can stop it...so maybe soon or later a woman will start to marry a man and pay his groom price :-D some woman will definitely love this, I guess!

Women here just usually wait for men to do the first move... I think that's a hard situation since they don't know if the one they like will approach them or not...

They can await for men to make first move, no problem but to nerve knew if the one you liked, if coming first...will be a waist of valuable time.
so maybe this is how to describe a woman: "they are like fruits, men has to plug the one the like to lick".
woman please is this comment true or false? I see that why they wait, shy, etc so is the comment true or false?

hahahahhahahaahhahahah you said you don't know why? but I think your a girl and you should and must know why it does happen that way.....please verify your self internally if you are, and tell me why, maybe your why can be others why, or similar to theirs...I think

It is proper that is why. It is natural for the male to be dominant in general at least in my mind. I am old fashioned as all get out. But I sure wont bend to no one.
Now I am peaceful no boss anymore

A woman who approaches a male is considered a woman of loose morals. It's better for the man to approach the woman for friendship.

Hmmmm loose morals, hmmmm woman can loose a lot of friends with this approach. Maybe there are tricks to many things. Maybe you like a guy, not to come and start talking to him about love, like, relationship etc. Just begin with ordinarily friendship...like... Hi, good morning, how are you, hope your fine, how is this and how is that, how is business etc...time will tell where the friendliness will lead to.
But meanwhile, some men will be kidding though

But how do you feel when you over waited for the kind of happiness(male) you need and not even WANTED but NEEDED to come to you.
I feel like, its better to introduce yourself first for common friendship, once rejected or overlooked; its better off than to keep melting inside you, at least you then have enough reason to hold back.

A lot of culture or countries does not support having the female do the first move. It is the same here in the Philippines. Women are expected to be mild mannered and just wait for the guy to approach them. This practice dates a long long way back.
Personally, though, this used to be me as well but as I grew older it changed. I can now approach a man first.

Wish wish (:-)) I like the wishes, hope adjustment should be made. Not to say what's on her mind, before the get embraced, like some other girl/ladies embrace many guys coming up for them, then, taking them for granted; but atleast, say Hello, hi, etc to ones the liked.
(:-)))) mixed signals, yeah some will like making nosie so to notice them; but some most quite/cool guys will even see her as maybe she's a nagging type.
Some none interested guys will not even recognize those signals (:-(
