Amazon product sampling

Has anyone heard of this oneI found it on instagram only thing I am wondering is if you have to have amazon prime to do it if anyone has heard of it could you please let me know.

I haven't heard of this. I do remember when they allowed us to do certain sites like amzreviewtrader. We got so many awesome products to test out but then Amazon stopped allowing it. I was bummed.
