So I was reading this survey over internet that says art has a power to cure, medical sciences has actually acknowledged this.
Well,I do believe that art has a healing power but to an extent, it can calm heart and head at the time of chaos, it can keep you motivated but are these points actually considered under curing...??
Well I have personally never experienced or even heard from someone around me...
Any such your experience....???

I do a lot of art and music therapy both with adults and children and it works wonders. So I can vouch on it!
For me, it is quite therapeutic.

@Aansh13 Yes it has. And art is much more that what we generally perceive it. I have worked with emotionally disturbed children and teens and in my play therapy I always give them some art to vent out their hidden emotions. It works.

It is true that art can heal. I did a little bit of crafting and coloring with my niece, it was very calming and brings delight when you create things of beauty.

Yes it does. Whenever I feel low about something, I usually resort to music and dance. It feels amazing and restoring. All forms of art bring peace and a sense of happiness.
