This is my former password for one of my social media accounts. CzechoslovakianHummingbird_97538_balloonZ@@@5 and I recently changed it to something more complicated that no hacker will ever penetrated. On a recently report it was said that Millions of people are using 123456 and Password as their password. No wonder many people gets hacked easily. People are too lazy to think of a secure password. source:
A list of all-too-predictable choices for breached accounts includes 123456 and "Liverpool".

Too lazy? Or not imaginative? Probably not thinking they would ever be a target. I have certain methods with my passwords. I will use those methods for a while on my new passwords, then I will change my approach so that I am unpredictable.

I don't think that people are too lazy. I think that actually people are saying "it won't happen to me." I could go into a large speil about how it is the fault of those that have jumped head-first into the Internet and have gone with the flow. The parents that assumed that because Fortnite was on the Internet it was okay for their pre-teen children to play it with no checks and balances. But it is not just the common person like you and me, it is also the Governments and leaders who have failed to prepare people for the Internet.

Yeah they thought it wont happen to them. They have no idea that simple passwords are easy to guess for these hackers.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I think it is more that they think there is nothing of interest in their accounts. The fact that gaming account might actually be linked to a PayPal account or credit card gets forgotten.

Strong passwords are useless for extreme hackers because they are trained on how to debug the scripts will breaks the program.
