One thing that you will get to know about me is that I am currently on a massive weight loss journey. Despite the fact that I have had reasonably active and stressful jobs over the years, my wright crept up to the point where I hit 145kg (that's about 22st 12lb in old money) and even before my current predicament I was starting to lose weight.
I have kind of... loosely, vaguely followed a low carb, high fat diet. I say loosely, but the word that I was thinking of probably would get a strike against me.
So today, it's the variation of lunch I usualy eat:
Tuna and mature cheddar in mayo.
I have to be careful to keep to, or at least around a maximum of 20g of carbs a day.
It does work though. Since 29 March, when I was 145kg. I am now just 131kg (20st 9lb)
So I will get there!
.... and now back to my transcription work.

It felt odd, but I lost a lot of retained water in the first 2 weeks, I am talking maybe 3 to 4kg.
Then stuff happened and I spiralled and pretty much did 3 days of fasting because I did not feel like eating.

@GoldenBlock make it as a habit and you will achieve your desired weight. But dont starve yourself because you might get ill.

I have not thought at all about any supplements yet.
To be fair though I feel much more alive and awake when I am going more strict on myself at the moment. With my old regime I would start to feel dozy in the afternoons, although that was probably just as much to do with my old work schedule.
I did actually look at recommended, over the counter vitamin supplements recommended for low-carb/keto diets, but it appears to be such a minefield that I will have to sit down and read a lot.

is that what's called a keto diet?
do you have a goal weight?
