Is diet and exercise enough?

I think that diet and exercise is enough to shed the pounds. I have 80 pounds of baby weight i need to lose cuz i had my kids back to back. I have already lost 20 lbs in 5 weeks from just diet and exercise. I joined a gym and do workout videos at home. i work out at least 4 x a week.
Also if you want to lose weight that way you need to watch your calorie intake. I eat about 300-400 calories less than i'm suppose to and that seems to work for me. I read that you should eat 500 less calories a day to lose weight but that seems to work for me. Hope this helps you.

I would like to lose 70 pounds to get back to a level where I felt I looked my best prior to having a child. (I had already gained weight prior to becoming pregnant - that is not all from the baby). I haven't been motivated enough to stick with anything but I really want to look better again.

yes i think its not enough . in my opinion just join vlcc . its a best way to loose weight

I think that diet and exercise are enough.. but also the massage are right! I want to loose at least 5/6 kg!

I think diet and exercise is enough to shed pounds. You have to make it a habit and do it for the rest of your life. I use to walk five miles a day and that kept me good shape but, know I have a bad back and can't. I would like to loose 64 pounds. God Bless How about you?

when my boyfriend & I got together a year ago I was about 117lbs, around april of this year I gained about 20-25lbs.
I really want to get back down to what I was but I love food to much to diet lol & I hate exercising, but I realy need to start.
so yes, I think that diet & exercise together is enough

I wanna lose 6 pounds so I just started recently walking again - an hour in the morning plus some swimmiung inthe afternoon - I don't really diet though I still eat what I want - so lets see whether its working - i will report back in another 4 weeks
