This is the match that's keeping so many cricket lovers glued to their TV set tonight. Two of my favorite teams Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings are playing for the title. Today we are supporting Chennai as M S Dhoni is in that team. He is a legend in himself. My husband loves him even more because he is from his native and has known him personally through some friends. The match has taken many turns. The luck has been swinging from one team to other. That's making it more interesting and breathtaking. We don't know what will eventually happen. But right now it's thrilling to watch it with my family. Keeping our fingers crossed..

CSK lost. But it's okay. It was a great match. I supported Mumbai Indians when Tendulkar was a part of it.

@arunima25 At least you enjoyed the match. It's baseball season here now, and my husband watches the games alone, then discusses every play with our sons and friends. Hair pulling talk to me.

Yes it was fun. A nail biting match till the end. Though the team that we supported lost, we were okay as few of our favorite players were in the opposition team.

@DianneN I used to follow sports like crazy fans during my student and youth life. Now I only give company to my hubby on important matches. I enjoy them but can't recognize many of the current young players. I feel like an old generation.

There was exciting moments at our home too, both brothers supported different teams so there was rivalry in between them as well. Hubby was scolding players at times, how it missed how it faced so on.... (it is easy to criticise sitting at home, they know how it is difficult to face on ground) I have not not even looked on the screen. I kept my patience as it is last day for the season.

@arunima25 World Cup, I think I too will enjoy as India plays as one. I don't like IPL. But it does not mean that I am against cricket. I have to complete younger one studies before it starts, else I won't have the patience.

You were keeping up with your patience. I think you are going to have a tough two months ahead as world Cup starts in two weeks. And I am sure everyone will support the same team and there will be no rivalry at home. You have real test of patience waiting.

Yes it was worth watching.. The match became a nail biting one when Dhoni got out. And it remained that way till last ball of the match.
