MyLot Exclusive #184 Doris Day died this morning. At age 97. And just like with Zsa Zsa (Died at age 99 on Dec 18, 2016) and Eddie Albert (Died at age 99 on May 26, 2005), et al, I wonder why. I mean, why not stick around till you're 100? Since you've come so close and it's still kind of rare to be that old. But then I think, maybe it wasn't up to them. Maybe the Big Parole Board In The Sky just says, "You get time off for good behavior," and you have no choice but to go. And what does this mean for Betty White? She's 97, too. I really want her to make it to 100, just like I wanted Doris to. Kirk Douglas made it with no problem and he's 102 now. In fact, there are a surprising number of celebrities over 100 now. Olivia de Havilland is 102 now, too. I'll put a link to a big list of especially old celebrities at the bottom (Ironically, Doris is number one on it. Maybe by the time you look at it, they will have taken her off it). And still, I don't know why some stay and why some go...I don't even know if they have a choice.
