Sunshine and Roses

Woke up to more sunshine today. And a little cool for the middle of May. The 40s are cool and not the normal. But our weather has not been normal all year. I enjoy the cooler weather.
Was out checking out the birds earlier and the nests in the yard. Most of the babies have fledged. The robin has a new nest she is protecting.
Many of my flowers are almost ready to bloom. Roses are in full bloom. The butterfly bush is growing as well. The new one is growing but will not produce blooms this year. It will be nice to have two butterfly bushes blooming next year hopefully.
Sharing another rose with the sun reflections from yesterday.

It's in the 40s here too and gloomy. I forget where you are. Nothing going on here. Would like to see your butterfly bush too.

It's pretty cold here for mid May (only in the 50's today). The sun teased us shortly this morning but now the sky is gray and covered with clouds.
Today is my daughters birthday so we're having lunch with my other daughter and fun.
