Well most of us all work in an organization? What goal have we achieved? What changes have u brought to the organization. Whether the change has brought profit to the organization. Does the organization pay the individual the changes. Iif not what is the should the individual do? Stick to the organization or quit. Or should we say do not fall in love with the organization because u don’t know when the organization stops loving you.
