What do you do to relax after a tiring day?

As I said in my previous post, I spent the day doing volunteer work and now, to relax, I took a hot bath, and I'm eating chocolate pie with cream and practically meditating as I watch the rain fall through the window. How about you, folks?

I think meditating is the best form of relaxation in this world of overstimulation. I want to try this but it would gonna be hard initially.

@Sojourn meditation is a good option. Yes, hard initially but good later on.

If I can get the remote control away from my husband, I liked to watch old episodes of Perry Mason. Sometimes I'll find something on Netflix, watch it long enough to make my eyes weary, then I'll go to sleep.

A hot shower or bath and then I just lay bed and listen to music or watch TV or read a book.

I either have a nice things to eat, have a good cup of tea. Else I mylot sometimes. Another option is to read a novel or short story.
