A man from Turkey posted this video on Facebook. The incident happened on Jan 8th, (this year?). The man in black is having a seizure. The man in the white polo shirt with a black chest level strip and a "5" on his left sleeve steals his wallet. Please share this on all of your social media sites. Let's make this go viral and hopefully identify this scumbag!
I can't believe that no one is trying to help or atleast comfort and protect the man having the seizure. It's also sad that no one tried to stop the thief! If one man was brave enough to stop the thief I would hope that others would help the thief from leaving.
I included this in response to a comment below.
It's not just about the money, the man's wallet would have had his identification and his health insurance information, if he had health insurance. Access to the man's wallet may have had emergency contacy information that could have allowed first responders to get some medical information quickly.

It is a shame that such men exist. And also a shame that nobody helps. I have seen on TV a woman giving birth on the street while onlookers took videos of it. Nobody helped.

@topffer ~I know that the man having the seizure should have gotten some help by someone as soon as it happened. Some Wal Mart and other retail stores should have personnel with first aid training. Personally, I think that public secondary (high) schools should requirement basic first aid training.
It is unfortunate that people who need help aren't helped. That happens far to often, sadly it is very common. Apparently no one in the crowd had first aid training, which didn't help the man. The point of this is that someone should have protected him from being robbed. The victims wallet would have had his identification and health insurance cards if he had health insurance. If first responders had access to his wallet, they could have contacted his family who would hopefully be able to provide some important medical information.

That guy who is stealing his wallet has to be the lowest of the low to do something like that seeing him totally defenceless and having a fit knowing full well his life could be endangered also.
I could not just walk by and leave him there at least call the doctors, police the whole lot.
All wishes that they get his wallet back and all htat is in it complete and that the poor man has recovered from it apart from knowing what they have stolen off him.
