since i have decided to make a chili paste which will.start after this discussion, i.will listen to music. i.dont remember anymore the.last.time i.listened to music.
when i was a teenager, music had been my life. maybe because i was more.emotional or.what. but now, my way of.entertaining myself.has.changed.
do you listen to music.too when you do.something.at home?

Yes, it makes me feel less tensed. I find that I can do a lot of things when I listen to music.

@Janet357 any kind of music, but mostly rock ballads from the '70s and '80s.

I am almost always listening to music even if it is just one really quiet in the background. I get up in the morning and listen to music while in the shower, I drive to work with music on, we have music playing at work all day, listen on the way home and often listen when I get home and I have music playing while I go to sleep. So yea I listen to music a bit.

Yes. I always do. I feel energetic every time I do the house hold chores at home while listening to music or doing anything. I can't even leave the house without earphones.

@Janet357 Speaking of music, this morning before I went to the office I forgot to charge my phone so no music for me while I'm on my way to the office and I'm not used to it. Maybe you used to listen to music with a high volume before that's why your sense of hearing got poor?

I always play some music in a low volume. I start my day with mantras and devotional songs. Then switch to some soothing instrumental to do my yoga and exercise. And for the rest of the day I have songs depending on my mood.

@Janet357 Yes. I find my solace with music. I need it as much as I need oxygen.

it makes the chores fun to do... singing and dancing at the same time.

Oh absolutely! I like to have music going whenever I have the chance. I have a number of Spotify and YouTube playlists that feature music without vocals, so that I don't get distracted by any singing. Instrumental music allows me to focus on my work while still having something go on in the background.

I like to exercise to music on the radio. I especially like when fast upbeat music plays. However, often I have to turn stations. When I was younger, I would exercise to Van Halen's 1984 cassette tape...very fast. This week, I ordered a Maroon 5 CD hoping to get back in shape!
