Thunderstorms on the Way!

So the forecast for today was supposed to be in the 80s which it is at the moment. What was also on the forecast though was severe thunder storms throughout the evening and night. I honestly love thunderstorms and lightning. It is just so beautiful and mesmerizing to watch. My son does not fear them either which is good because otherwise I would have to deal with a scared to death kid tonight.
My mom on the other hand is very afraid of lightning and thunder so I feel bad for her but she will be fine so long as she stays in the house and under her blankets. I can't wait for the storm to arrive! Perfect for scary movies!
How do you feel about thunder and lightning storms?

@IvySaysHi Yes, if lightnings hit your house they can destroy it.

I lovew them too. I am fine with when they come. I dont go outside during though

They are just soothing for me. I remember when i first showed my son thunderstorms
He had just started talking so he would say 'look mommy! another lion!' he meant lightning lol
