Watch out there--lot of mean drivers and they suck

This is why I dont drive anymore they are stoned out of their minds here and drunk too.

I feel for you. Road rage is real.

This is my life everyday. Ever since the accident last month, I am extra cautious (and have a bit of anxiety) out there and notice every little thing that happens on the road all around me. There are bad drivers everywhere - and yes, a lot of them are mean - they suck big time and I hate them .

I run into drivers who must think that they are the only ones on the road that need to be somewhere. I just turn the radio a little louder and take a deep breath, and go at my own pace. I encountered a driver like that this morning too. You have your first long weekend starting today, I think that may be an excuse for aggressive driving. I was watching an American morning show earlier and they were talking about road rage.

Even here in Calgary, Alberta . . there are lots of mean drivers (both sexes). 2 months ago I was heading home early in the morning from my night shift work; I was driving along a 60-km-road. I always follow the speed limit. I noticed a lady driver was driving very close behind . . . then all of a sudden she passed me, cut me, and gave me the finger! I knew she was looking at me on her view mirror; so, I decided to respond with a finger! She drove away very fast . .

I agree, lots of impatient and mean drivers on the road this weekend, I think I will be staying close to home.

I know the feeling. I am thankful each time I make it home safe even if I have only driven to the grocery store.

When I lived in NY every day was crazy driver day. Here in Pa I only encounter a mean driver occasionally. Why is it that holiday weekends bring out the road rage? Glad you made it home safe and sound.

That's why I never travel and avoid going out on holiday weekends.

You really have to be careful or someone will run right over you.People get mean on the hiway.

@amadeo Yes, there are drivers that suck and believe it or not there can be nice ones too.

I can tell that there are some mean drivers here as well, especially taxi and jeepney drivers.

Oh yes. Isn't it irony? People are supposed to be relaxed with the coming of the weekend, go out, enjoy life... instead the drive like crazed jerks . Be safe all

There are definitely some real tools behind the wheel these days. Some days they seem to all be out together.

Back home here we are normal.

I don't really know if they are mean or just inpatient. Both are bad news anyway. I'm so sorry
