Don't be sad if you are earning with a little amount of money, always remember that hard work pays off and remember that the end results of your hard work at worth of all your sacrificing, always remember that. Don't be so down on your self if you doesn't have that big amount of salary or money that you can earn, remember, you can't complete 1 million if you don't have those money you have

I always wonder, as I have posted a discussion long back about hard work and smart work, what is more important. I know there is no substitute to hard work but that doesn't mean you have to work like donkeys, it should be supported with smart work as well. I think it's the combination that works.

I agree with your post and I also know hard work will bring me money but I have to deal first with my laziness and ignorance.

How do you define working hard? For working hard makes you get sick.

@Thewings I think working hard is spending more than time that is needed or missing your meals just to finish your work. In which it's not good. It's better to be a smart worker than to be hard worker.

@Thewings I would rather to work smart that to work hard. Working smart is making things done without sacrificing your time, efforts. And making work easier.
