I did not post yesterday because I was not on plan....if you saw my posts before that I did have some carbs the two days before (but not a bunch).
Well....yesterday and today I had more than I definitely needed.
Yesterday we went to Burger King. I was not that hungry though, so ended up barely eating anything while there. I ordered the chicken fries and ate maybe two of them...and only a few of the fries.
I was hungry in the evening though and finished the chicken fries, as made myself a serving of fries that were fresh. I did have 1 small candy bar too.
So not the worst cheat day I ever had.....but more than I needed carb-wise.
Today's cheat day was worse. More fries and chicken were on the menu, not from BK though.
Had a small piece of chocolate pie, and some other candy....Bad, bad, bad....I know (so don't have to lecture).
Back on plan tomorrow! One day I will get this and stick to the low carb for longer than 5 days!
So how did YOU do over the weekend with your food? Have anything tasty, or stick to your plan if you are on one?

I was good today. Breakfast was oatmeal with almonds and raisins, lunch was watermelon, dinner was my homemade chicken noodle soup. I snacked just a few minutes ago in the cucumber salad I had chilling. If it wasnt for having to make Tony the chicken for dinner I would have had a vegan day.

I skip meat this week and take only fish and vegetables and a little of rice.Rice is not exempted so I still cheat and not really into dieting.

Yesterday, we were at Chad&Kris's house for lunch. I splurged and ate a hamburger in a bun and a good sized serving of spaghetti/broccoli salad. It was delicious, but my glucose level rose above normal!(163) Coming home, my level dropped again, so we stopped at Arby's. I had three chicken strips, nothing else. Again, my level was back to normal (109)

@MommyOfEli2013 After I experience a high glucose level, it's always followed by a low.

@kobesbuddy Guess your body sends out too much insulin to lower the high....sorry to hear that. Mine stays high for a long time, so my insulin doesn't work as good.

Well sometimes you just got to eat something delicious and enjoy things! For us there will be consequences with high sugars...sorry yours dropped too low, but that's good you got the chicken and it went back to normal.
