I don't think you need to hang up your tennis racquet. Instead, you could maybe just hit a few tennis balls, without trying to improve your swing. I think that you have the strength that you do as a result of being active, and that includes playing tennis. Not many 80-something year old guys could keep up with you. Oh, I am sorry that happened Alfredo. Around 4 years ago, I fell off my bike onto the pavement and scraped myself up, it could have been worse. It did sadden me because I realized right then, "I will never ride a bike again", which is sad because I was always the kid and teen who loved to ride bicycles.

You are so lucky you didn't hurt yourself and maybe this was the sign you needed to hang up your racket.
