My Android phone and its' problem

Recently, my phone start having problem in main 3 buttons; Home, Menu and recent button, these are main navigators while using the phone. However, the screen are found with proper function except these three buttons. The problem occurs during opening the apps is unable to return to the home page or minimize the any page or apps.
The last 3-4 days were pain to me figuring out how to resolve this technical issue. As I need to fixed right away, I got an help from youtube channel, How to resolve temporarily. Many technical #Youtubers suggests to install #Simplecontrol app and set in the android phone so that three button can be use in virtually.
There are other suggestion by other youtubers like virtualsoft keys, which seems work in android phone but I prefer to use the Simple control app.
Anyway, the problem has been fixed temporarily, and soon the phone need to be given to repairing center

Android are meant to be smart but smartness sometimes lead to dumbness phone with package of problems

It does happen to my wife's phone. Its messenger button won't function but when the phone is rotated it works. I sense that the problem is in the LCD part that falls on the messenger button or messenger write message.

@Nakitakona, this kind of problem makes complicated. we use for being convenient but the durability is always arise. Ssome technician even suggest to change the phone for smooth function

@psanasangma That's business. Actually phone malfunctions due to wear and tear. My wife's phone doesn't work properly because it's used by our grandson to play mobile legend or any games.

@ShifaLk for time being I installed Simple control app and enable the 3 buttons. But later I have taken to repairing center and its resolved now
Though these 3 navigation, there are few problems occurs when you need to use the keypads as icon appear on the screen at the same time

@7mad7mad as you said, i am assuming, my phone is getting old (actually its 4years only) hence, all the nonfunctional buttons are indicating that its been outdated.
Nowadays, phones are not durable at all
