Oh yes! I have felt this way ever since I was introduced to music. I used it to escape sometimes while growing up. As an adult, I use it to lift my spirit as well as for relaxation.

I was like this as a teen and up until maybe 5 years ago. I haven't really listened to music since. My daughter is really huge into music like I was at that age.
