Do you think that you would be more flexible with your stretching if you did the physical exercise also? I don't stretch very often because my muscles are so tight, its embarrassing how inflexible I am.

That's great. Do you feel like your arms are needing more exercise than other parts of your body? I do sit ups, but not push ups.

Well - I'm sure this counts as exercise.
Taking up hung gar from a 16 year old Chinese lady. I only get time to practice every other day. Counting the one time a week I over at her place, it's like a total of 4 times per week.

I exercise every day. Oh okay, some days I'm lazy and don't. But I at least do it 5 days a week too. I walk for 30 minutes, do strength training for 30 minutes, and sometimes run/jog/jump rope/etc.

Yes.I do.I do brisk walking for about 45 minutes a day,thrice a week.
