Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is cool, cloudy, and foggy here at the Jersey Shore. I think the high for today is only about 75 degrees F. Those storms certainly cooled things off.
I woke up at 4:30 am today which was half an hour before my alarm was set to go off. Don't know why I'm not sleeping well these days. Well, I have a few things going on in my life but nothing that would suddenly make my sleep pattern change in the past couple of weeks.
I have work today (of course) and then the gym at 5 pm. My dad and his friend are going as well so it will be fun to work out with them.
What's everyone else up to today?

Nothing much going on here, just the normal work. Happy to hear it cooled off there. It's 90 degrees already here so, it's going to be a hot one. Enjoy your day.

Just pulled bad weeds from our vegetable garden. Watered the flowers and plants. Then fed our 5 chickens.
