Made my first loaf breads in the air fryer

Yesterday Brandon was here with us working for his grandpa. I wanted to make something a little special so I decided to do chocolate chip blueberry loaves. I bought two little loaf pans at Kohls over the weekend and I decided this was the perfect time to try them out.
I did use a mix, Betty Crocker chocolate chip muffin mix and I added the fresh blueberries.
I cooked it at 375 for 11 minutes and then 3 minutes at 350. They came out perfect. I thought 14 minutes would be about right but I really wasn't sure what temperature to use this the two. I checked them with a toothpick at 11 minutes and they were still wet inside but I didn't want them to get too dark which is why I lowered the temp. Next time I might try a little lower since they are darker than I would like.
I was able to fit the two little pans in my 5-quart air fryer.

The air fryer has a drawer that you pull out and the pans fit in that drawer without the crisper tray. You can bake and roast and dehydrate as well as air fry in the unit.

@BelleStarr oh wow, I want to buy that before but I do not know what it can do. I do not want to fry with oil everytime. What do you mean by dehydrate?

I didn't know you could make bread in the air fryer. I used mine a lot when I first got it, but haven't now for several months. I think it is going to become like the breadmaker..little used.

Yes I would think so but not a real large one. It is a 5 qt capacity. I can measure the drawer. I fit the two small loaf pans in it and a 5 inch round springform pan fits.
