Something we enjoy doing, should be the major factor.

If I'm junior, Actually i dont care about salary at all, because i have no experience, and i decide upon the company and the position, if the position i'm going to learn me something useful or not. and then after i take the experience, 3 years later, i choose my work based on the salary and the continous experience i will builde too

I believe each one of us is capable of learning and doing everything. For some learning may take time some learn it fast. It all depends on a persons efficiency. Most of us are inclined to something of the nature of the education we've already had. So, we choose our profession based on our current knowledge. We learn in the process. Our interests change and become our hobby. Hobbies rarely become our full time job. Those who dream big evolve. :)
