I just saw on Facebook an acquaintance of mine posted a pic of himself and his 102 year old father on a speedboat. That is pretty amazing. I have observed the , the son several times..I would say his motto is everything in moderation. Also, he remains calm and doesn't allow himself to be flustered. It is funny how some people live so long, and others have relatively short lives. Someone in my development who seemed to be a good guy with a pleasant attitude..died from a massive heart attack at the age of 58. You just never know do you? I have some centenarians on both sides of the family..I would say they worked hard..but didn't take themselves too seriously. One had a great deal of religious faith, but the others just took life as it came. I am all for living a long time, as long as you can enjoy it! What about you?

I would like to see what the world will look like when I'm 100. I wonder if 2064 will be as good as 1964(The Beatles came to America, GI Joe was invented, Pop Tarts were invented and many more).
