What can you recommend for online jobs headset, usb headset or the 3.5mm audio jack?

I have been surfing the net what kind of headset I am going to buy for works like transcribing or teaching online. Which do you think would be the best to buy?

@Nakitakona I will go and check all the you mentioned but what I am also asking is if the headset in usb port or the mic/audio port has some differences when it comes to the sound quality?

I've been working as a transcriber for more than 8 years and the only thing I use is my earphones.
