I wonder to know how many people is aware of fasting of the Muslims. Dont feel bad if it does not relate to you. Some of the Muslims all over the world may not have food to eat but they will observe fast. Once your parents help you to fast from the age of 6 or 7 years it is very easy to stay fasting from early morning 4 a.m. until you break your fast after 6.50 p.m. (in the night) You cannot eat or drink during this time. Fasting blesses all Muslims, in every corner of the world a reward or prosperity and love from Allah, our God Almighty.

It ends after 29 or 30 fastings - according to the sighting of the moon. This is followed by a grand festival called Eid Il Fitr and celebrated by all Muslims around the world and every bit of the universe, even there is a single Muslim person. This is our faith, only for Allah and Allah alone. Peace be upon our Prophet Mohammed SAL - his great teaching of Islam. Poor or rich we all break our fast with a date and if it is not available, you break the fast with a pinch of salt.
