Back on track

I should really get back on track, I really need to do some work outs again because most of my friends and relatives noticed that I really gained weight. I should make a diet plan, I''m starting to avoid eating fats, sweets. Now, I only eat vegetables and lots of fruits, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs every morning for protein. I also wake up early to have a jog every 5am before sunrise because I love watching sunrise as well as sunset .. I avoid to eat a lot and have a regular exercise..

Good for you. I need to start working out as well. I am so out of shape at the moment.

@raveeen I haven't been motivated to do anything about my weight for a bit now and it's gotten pretty serious that I definitely need to get on track and do something. Glad to see someone knows how to push themselves.
