Tummy hurts pretty bad.

Time check, it’s 3:24 AM and I’m having a hard time sleeping. I’m having a stomache ache earlier and until now. I went back and forth to the CR for 3 times and yet still my tummy hurts bad. I don’t know what I ate this afternoon that trigger this. I hope it’s not my ulcer messing aroung or I will end up in the ER again. Sigh. 
Anyway, I try to keep up here since I can’t still sleep. I’ve been rolling to bed here and there. Tried different position to make me comfortable.
What is your remedy for this?

@JustBhem Hey. I'm so sorry your stomach is hurting. I wish I could take ALL the pain away that you suffer with.
It's hard to suggest anything without knowing the actual cause but for me, when I deal with a stomach ache, and especially when I used to deal with Gallbladder attacks, I put heat packs on my stomach. Didn't exactly sure it but it helped a tad.

Have you tried butter milk? I hear that it can help sooth your stomach if it is an ulcer.
